The project Stil Residence has been developed by a professional and dynamic team, having an experience of over 10years in the domain of immobile investments. For the beginning we have chosen as our alley the most important player on the bank market, Banca Comerciala Româna. BCR financially guaranteed our project, considering it a success from all points of view. Specificaţii tehnice

The building has a polygonal shape with a total surface of 600 mp.
The resistance structure is conceived in a system of armed concrete frames, brick masonry of Porotherm type, with brick parting walls, leaning on a general foundation plate of armed concrete.
For the protection of the adjacent grounds and buildings there has been foreseen a screen of drilled piles.
The roof is made of wooden beams and roof boarding, with plate covers of type lindab.
The building is protected thermally, the exterior part being covered with thermal covering made of polystyrene plates of 10 cm thickness.
The building respects the national and international norms concerning anti-seismic protection. The anti-seismic calculation has been made for the 8,5 grades on the Richter scale.
